Dakia O'Brien is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, and has over 10 years experience in the culinary industry.Also, as a mother of two girls aged 10 and 9 months who understands the struggles of "Picky Eaters".

During the pandemic in 2020, PLEC begun as a cooking show for children. We have since evolved into cooking classes, subscription boxes and most recently have introduced PLEC Meals.

The goal of The Picky Little Eaters Club is to provide support, education and options for parents who want their kids to eat better.
